A heat recovery ventilation system (MVHR) works by extracting air from the wet rooms within your property, such as your kitchen and bathroom, while simultaneously bringing in fresh air from outside your property. Both air flows pass through a filter and then a heat exchanger where heat is transferred from the extracted air to the fresh filtered air, to then be distributed around your property.
