Project Description

In its original state “Homebuoy” was running off an old gas boiler and radiators.

With the house being fully renovated by Gardner and Young from Bridport we suggested using Underfloor Heating throughout the entire property with an 11.2kw Mitsubishi Ecodan Air Source Heat Pump.

We also installed a 5kw Optimised Solar Pv system with SolarEdge inverter and Eddi Hot water Optimiser.

To maximise space in the property we put all of the plant in the garage using insulated underground Heatmain pipe to run the services across the drive into the house. We hope you will agree the finished result is a fantastic home, with a modern, energy efficient renewables system built for the future. The property also achieved an A EPC energy rating.
